STAY CALM

The COVID-19 pandemic has placed heavy new pressures on parents to teach, entertain, reassure and guide our kids as we have never had to before. Our children rely on us to remain calm and grounded during this time, but parents have to navigate many new challenges each day. Below are a few resources (some take only a few minutes!) that you can use when you need quick help calming yourself. Give yourself time and space each day for emotional self-care; it will benefit you and your children.
